Yes — every professional holds the relevant Alberta trade certification (Red Seal, ECAA, TECA, etc.), carries $2M liability insurance, and has passed a thorough background check. We verify all credentials annually. Documentation is available on request.

Our professionals commit to a 30-minute arrival window. If they're running late, you'll receive a text notification. If a pro arrives more than 30 minutes late, you receive a $20 credit toward your booking automatically — no questions asked.

Pricing is transparent from the start. You'll see our hourly rates and visit fees before booking. On arrival, your pro assesses the job and provides a fixed quote before any work begins. You only authorize the work once you've agreed to the quote — no surprises, ever.

Yes! We cover all of Calgary and surrounding communities including Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, and High River. A small travel surcharge ($15–$30) applies for addresses more than 25 km from the Calgary city limits.

All labour is covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises from the work performed, we'll return and fix it at no charge. Parts and materials carry manufacturer warranties on top of our guarantee.
